ARSOLI

The narrow ancient streets of the picturesquely sited and massed medieval centre are still preserved as is the castle, once a possession of the Benedictine Order of the era of the Templars.

The castle is built at the end of a spur, overlooking Arsoli on one side and extending formal labyrth gardens on the other. Four frescoed rooms on the nobile floor are flanked by guardrooms hung with arms and armor and family portraits.

The Fortunate City-Medieval Horses and Hoops [/size]

I saw Jockeys fly by through a thick crowd one evening in that smallvillage. The waving and laughing from people all around me increased my excitement. They ran their horses against each other only to close in on a hoop attached to a pole, and then they slid their lances in as quickly as they could; I hear the ohh’s and ahh’s. They either took the hoop or they missed it.

The rose garden in Rome is no normal garden of roses….

The garden ‘Roseto Comunale,’ attracts lovers and obsessive rose experimenters. Bushes of roses which align a private grassy area of Via di Valle Murcia overlooks Circo Massimo. Inside, odd inventions pose as bushes fully labeled by new species name and place of origin.

Homemade Pasta With Buckwheat Flour

This recipe is Gluten-free, so those suffering from an intolerance or from Candida, can safely consume this pasta.

If you use a flour like buckwheat, it is wise to make an egg pasta instead of the normal pasta. The egg is used to glue the flour and allow the pasta to hold together without breaking as it would because its gluten-free.

For two:

100g of Saraceno or Buckwheat flour
1 egg

In a mountain of flour add the egg and beat...
