I use other olive oils for cooking, but this is the right choice for dressing any food.

The balsamic vinegar is realy good in my opinion. I used to buy Fini from Williams Sonoma but now I buy The Kirkland brand is nice and smooth.

I think this year the olive oil at Costco is about $13 a bottle - I keep comparing this olive oil to other in blind tests and always comes out as the winner ! I sometimes even test it doing a blind comparison when I have guests over.... This olive oil is magnificent with freshly baked bread
