The centuries-old Agresta farm is situated in the heart of Salento, a gorgeous and remote section of Italy between the Ionic and Adriatic coasts. With its fertile soil and abundance of sunshine, the location provides ideal growing conditions for a variety of vegetables. Greek and Arabic culinary and cultural influences have left a legacy of interesting recipes. Agresta products are created from traditional Salentinian recipes using fresh-picked vegetables from the farm, to preserve the forgotten flavors of a rich culture.
A dippable, spreadable pâté made of earthy, flavorful artichokes dressed up with mint, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, and spices. Perfect for panini, on crackers, or spread on toasted bread. We like to keep a jar in our pantry for unexpected guests.
