Pros:	Its Organic
Cons:	Smell

Well even if I all for Oganic poducts this Coppa had a real bad smell for me - I could only taste a slice and then I got rid of the rest. Is is almost like in Canada do not know how to 'stagionare' i prosciutti - Either that or I had a bad sample.
