Pros:	Has a pleasant taste
Cons:	too watery to be real balsamic

I have spent much more on supposed balsamics that do not taste as good as this one. It is one of the cheaper ones and it does not have a real dark color - but for the price I find it pretty good. The bottle is also dark to protect the product and the spigot does not allow the vinegar to pour out. Good for everyday use - save the expensive stuff for special occasions.
