Pros: It lasts forever
Cons: It lasts forever, pungent aroma of additives

If you cant make your own breadcrumbs then at least buy the package of plain breadcrumbs. These "Italian style" crumbs stink as soon as you open the container. Leave them in the back of the pantry and use them only when you have to. I don't think you would see this product in an Italian supermarket.

Pros: None
Cons: Too much strange flavours

Nobody in Italy would use this style bread crumbs. They go in the same category with Italian dressing : Nobody uses Italian dressing in Italy. Simpler products are preferred to this artificial one.
Just get the plain bread crumb like Justin suggests.

These are awful. I agree - they smell like preservatives.
