Can you use the picture in my profile and somehow transfer that to my avatar???? what do i know?

Hi tangobunny - do you know where the picture is stored on your PC? If you do, click on "My Profile" at the top LHS of the main page. Then scroll down to "Edit Avatar" in the "settings and Options" section, again on the LHS. Make sure the "Do not use an avatar" circle doesn't have a dot in it, then click on "Use custom avatar" and click on "Browse". Find your pic and then "Save changes". Hope it works!

Uh-oh...it's supposed to be stored on my PC somewhere? Are you sure about that??

Thanks Tangobanny well I do not think that swapping images will give me a Nobel prize any time soon. ... but to each its own... I took several tango lesson recently and well... I am no Rodolfo Valentino ok ok I suck at it :-(

I am so proud of you that you took some tango lessons!! Women love it when a man studies tango. Don't pass judgment on yourself so quickly! Tango is hard, alot of people think they are no good the first several times, you have to stick with it and you will surprise yourself!! And before you know it you will not be able to imagine what your life was like before tango.
I found on the 'net (yes, believe it or not, I AM able to navigate around the internet!! LOLOL) the Tango Society in Siena where I will be studying - believe me the very second my tippy toe first touches Italian soil I will be running to find the tango scene! Anyway, it looks wonderful and I can't wait to make new tango friends there.
Paolo, I will help you with your tango...when you are at your house near Siena I will show you. I can see there is a real tangoman in there!!
