I'm from Peru. hello everybody.

My question is if is possible to get the "patente" without permesso di soggiorno because in my case, I'm waiting for it, I mean, I have everything in rule, but to have the permesso in my hands I must wait 6 or 7 months, and actually I can't, I want to drive my car as soon as possible. So, You think is possible to get the patente just with the registration code for the permesso di soggiorno?

I really do not think it is - Also probably getting the patente including taking the example might take a long time and it is expensive.
Which nationality are you from ? As long as you have a driver license in another country you can easily get an international driver license.
