Hi I am new to all of this. I live in south Florida USA and I have this overwhelming urge to visit ,the move to Italy. I do not know why, I must have been there in a prior life. I get Italia and cook Italia magazines. I even bought myself the Silver Spoons cookbook to practice cooking in Italy oneday. I am trying to save money for my first visit, but with the economy these days, my Italian travel plans are put on old. I am a Registered nurse,I hope they are needed in Italy. Thanks for reading and I would love some advice about my trip to your wonderful and historic country.

Benvenuta - I did not know that "Il cucchiaio d' argento" ( Silver spoon ) was available here in the US. I have my Italian copy.

All 1264 pages. Of course it is in English. I am trying to learn Italian. But you can't learn it over night.
