I purchased a mp3 player to download audio language files and cd's I have on my computer. I bought a Phillips GoGear Aria mp3. Vista on my windows won't let me download it's software and after spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with a tech he told to exchange it but I'm certain it is my vista windows and not the new mp3. Being able to download language audio seems very helpful but I don't have a clue on how to do this. Does anyone have a simple recommendation ? I have even thought that perhaps the old way of using a cd player but it would be to bulky for my employment. If I return this mp3 player what is the best choice of purchase ? I want to download stuff from my media player, some music and be able to organize the file for easy access. I will be very grateful if someone can help me. I'm a 50 year old women with no technical experience. Grazie
