Always verify your reservations!
Mi e mio padre andiamo a italia in ottobre (I only know present tense, and not very well at that).
We had booked our hotel/b&b's weeks ago and we were attempting to get tickets to the Ufuzi in Firenze last night.
The official website for the Ufizi is kind'a bad in both languages so I suggested that we email our hotel to see if they could arrange the tickets for us.
Their response: We lost a lot of the reservations , becose had a big problems with the memories of the our computer.Thank you once again to choosing us!
AAAAAAAAAA!!
Good thing we checked or they possibly would not have had rooms for us when we got there!
I'm sure it was an honest mistake, which has been corrected, so I wont mention the hotels name here.
But they booked our room again and got us tickets to the museums, but thought I'd remind everyone to verify their hotel rooms any where they might be headed!
