Default soccer fashion do's and don'ts

Someone here must certainly be able to answer this question. My wife and I are headed over to Italy in March and for my birthday she's "surprising" me with a game between AS Roma and Arsenal. When Fox Soccer Channel broadcasts games here to the US they rarely have any shots of the fans unlike US sporting events. My question then is it appropriate to wear team apparel to the games? The item here is of course the AS Roma jacket she bought me last year for my birthday.
Thanks
James

yes, it is appropiate; a soccer match is more fun if you wear something of the team.. in which area of the stadium will be?

Curva Sud is the heart of Roma supporters, it is funny stay there but you can't see the match very well, the camp is so far.. in tribunes it can be seen more clearly; I hope for you to stay in Curva..
