Default Jeff Monson Faces 10 years in prision for spray painting anarchy graffiti!

Met Jeff Monson at the 2005 Abu Dhabi Combat World Championships which he won and we had him in to do a seminar for us in 2007.
He has his master's degree in Psychology. Seems like 10 years is a bit much for just a little spary paint protesting against a war
that nobody wants now. 10 years is what some people get for murder.

I read that article sometime last week. I didn't even know you could get that long of prision time for graffiti. Or does he face that long of a jail time because he is an anarchist?

Well, an anarchist who sprays a little paint is one thing and an anarchist who burns and blows up things is another matter.

One man's anarchist is another man's freedom fighter.

Per esempio, did you know that during the Mexican American war many Americans of Irish/European Catholics origin(maybe
some Italians)fought on the Mexican side?Of course you didn't because these are the things they don't teach us
in U.S. schools. They made a based on a true story movie about it.

One Man's Hero is a 1999 film starring Tom Berenger and directed by Lance Hool.

The film tells the story of Jon Riley and the Saint Patrick's Battalion, a group of Irish/Polish/Catholic immigrants who desert
from the U.S. Army to the Mexican side during the Mexican-American War of 1846 to 1848 after encountering terrible prejudice
against them especially for their religion (the majority of Irish/Polish being Catholic and a majority of U.S. Army being
Protestant) and ethnic origins. The story centers around Riley and a couple men in his U.S. Battalion who are whipped
for "desertion" when actually they were not allowed to attend Mass at the Catholic church on the Mexican side of the
border. They escape to Mexico to hopefully find a ship back to Ireland only to find out that the U.S. and Mexico are
now at war and if they are captured they could be hanged.

(Infatti)As a matter of fact, over fifty of the San Patricios and other Catholic immigrants were tried and hanged following their capture at Churubusco, Mexico in August 1847.

Hey! You said you didn't want to make this into a debate. lol

I don't think the guy should be given a 10 year jail sentence. I think he should have to pay for the cost to fix the building up since he couldn't have harmed anyone by doing it.

Debate is the thing that works best on this or anyother forum. LOL!
