Default David Beckham???

I read an article a few weeks ago about Italians being crazy about David Beckham. No offense, but what is up with that? I think there are so many better soccer players out there. David Beckham may be good at shooting the ball from a long distance, but he tends to not work with his team very well. It always seem to be about him.

Also, this has nothing to do with soccer but I think the guy is unattractive (Despite what most women think) and he's full of himself. I just figure I would add that to my little vent while I was at it.

now he is old but he has been a fantastic player: a unique ability to shoot and also he was very fast.. a wonderful “ala destra”.. in this italian experience shows great professionalism. There are more beautiful player, but he remains one of the most beautiful..

in Italy Gennaro Gattuso is considered one of the sexiest player.. do you know him?

I know Gennaro Gattuso. I've seen him play for Italy in 2004 and 2006. 2004 was the first year I watched soccer. My husband got me into watching major soccer games. I find Gennaro Gattuso attractive.

In my opinion the speed and shooting skills are only two of the three things that make a good soccer player. Working well with the team is the third one. David Beckham does not have that third quality.

My favourite team is Milan and I’m watching Beckam’s match.. here he is working only for the team.. the same thing when he played in Manchester United (not in Real Madrid). But I don’t know how he works or plays in U.S. with Los Angeles Galaxy..

I think this is what made him so popular outside of futball

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0286499/

I have issue with him being able to play for a US team and Milan...just doesn't seem right to me.

PS: good movie by the way!

Speaking as a fellow Brit, I have no time for the bloke or his wife. Overpaid, overrated, and now, unfortunately, over here.

I'm glads I finally found someone else who doesn't like dude or his weird wife.

Does that mean he's not popular in the UK? I don't think too many Dutch people like the guy. I know my husband doesn't. He agrees with me.

I watched him him play for Manchester once or twice and I just didn't think he worked well with the team nor did I think he worked well with the team during the World Cup in 2006 or was that 2004? I haven't seen him play for Milan or Los Angeles and I don't really care to. I also think he's way overrated. That's just my opinion though.
