Does anybody know the price range I am looking at, to convert my 1997 jeep wrangler over to meet Italy's standards for registration. I have heard between 1500-4500, does anybody have any ideas on this one?

At the time the car had pass a motor vehicle test and pay motor vehicle fees at Italian MVA - Besides that there was an import tax that was about 20 - 25% of the value of the vehicle - I cannot think of anybody who did it recently ... you might try to call the Italian Embassy in Washington and see if they have any ideas
