I have a two bedroom apartment available in rome in the San Giovanni area. I think you would like it a lot. It is 1.500 euros per month. Electricity, gas, phone , water and condominium fees are extra. It is a ground floor courtyard apartment and brightly decorated and is in a very safe neighbourhood. Are you female or male? I've never heard of the name Xenif before. Sorry! I am Irish. Lived in Rome for 12 years and am currently living in the USA. I will be going to Rome very soon. Have you found an apartment already? PS my apartment in San Giovanni is a very quiet apartment. Actually the neighbours upstairs are very quiet and all the people in the building are quiet living. I can speak some German but I will stick with English as I'm not fluent in German. Tchuss! Bernadette
