We rent a beautiful apartment in downtown Rome at walking distance from Vatican City and S. Pietro railway station (Monte del Gallo) very near to Metro connection and shops. It is set on a dead end street on the top of a little hill in the middle of the town.
The sunny and quiet apartment is 80 mts it is fully furnished
There are 2 bedrooms, one is a king size bed, the other one leading to balcony is empty. I can provide a bed if needed. there is a big living room with 3 windows and nice view on trees.
The kitchen has gas stove and electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine.The bathroom has a balcony and a bathtube.

The rent for the room is 1400 euro. You will need to pay for electricity, heating,water bills, phone, internet. (aproxx 50 euro/month)
We dont have a TV.

I am helping my daughter search for long-term rentals in Rome. I see that you posted this in Jan. but I thought I would ask anyway if your apartment is available. She and her roommate will be attending graduate school in Prati and will need a long-term rental that is accessible to school. They will be in Rome in the next few days to search.
