I am new to this board. I am a dual citizen living in the US and we purchased a beautiful apartment in Italy 2 years ago. We fell in love with the location which is Castiglione del Lago.

We were lucky enough to have friends who lived there who walked us through the whole buying process and gave us our dream.

We would now like to do the same for other foreigners wanting to purchase property in Italy. There is no pressure whatsoever we are just trying to get the word out about these beautiful properties. The website is a work in progress and your feedback is appreciated.
