I once saw on TV an italian movie which I never forgot. It portraits an italian communist lawyer who was asked to defend an anti-communist youngman. The story happened in the time of hungary 1956 revolution against communism and the repercussions of it in the lawyer beliefs were also shown in the movie. In an paralel story, the lawyers wife (and his house maid) had an affair with a man and both became preagnant. The maid was fired because of that. Does anyone know the name of the film?
