Default Forget About It!! Donnie Brasco Al Pacino & Johhny Depp

"Fuggeddaboudit" (thanks to Jean)

Donnie Brasco - Forget About It!
A scene from Donnie Brasco where Johnny Depp explain what "Forget about it" means.
59 sec - Has other scences from the movie anche. Actually on the far right it
has a preview of the whole movie.
Just watched this movie again after years of not seeing it. Classic!

But it is spelled: "Fuggeddaboudit" In NY, on the Belt Parkway, as you leave Brooklyn, a sign says "Leaving Brooklyn - Fuggeddaboudit".

That's truly a shame.
It's about time that America (with no. 1 poster child and perpetrator, Robert DeNiro) stops portraying Italian-Americans as only mafiosi...

Tuscan Sun, I don't think that expression is considered specific to the Mafia in the U.S. At least I never thought of it that way. It's just an expression used by Italian-Americans (and others!) who live in the NY/NJ area. The sign on the Belt Parkway makes me laugh every time I see it.
