Siena is small but it is a very rich town. I don't know if you have ever been there but let's say a good 80% of the locals are very wealthy and there are a lot world wide famous companies in its surroundings. So when looking for work, going in a bigger city is not always the right move. Plus, networking is easier in a smaller town...it's always about who you know

.
The school I went to is called Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori. I've been looking for their website but internet is still "under construction" in Italy and they don't seem to have one. All I could find was their address and phone/fax number:
Via Cassia, 28/34
00191 ROMA
Tel. 06-3335.868
Fax: 06-3335.246
I think that teaching English to executives and employees is a great move. I personally wouldn't know who to refer you to but like I said before, Siena has the headquarters of companies known worldwide so I think you will have great possibilities there. Remember the last name
Nannini...write it down, whoever you meet there with this last name means lots of $$$ so act as if you don't know, but don't miss any Nannini...lol
