B&B in the Cilento area (Agropoli etc.)

Ciao a Tutti,

We have booked flight from Denmark to Napoli (Neaples) arriving on the 5th. July - and we are looking forward to spend 9 days of true Italian "piano" life.
We will rent a small car and drive arround, staying two or three different places. We have been in the Sorrento area before, camping, 20 years ago and we have travelled a lot in Italy.

Question:
Considering July is not "high season" in this area,
- do we need to book "B&B" in advance ??
We would like too have the freedom to "go as we please", but we do not want to spent hours every day finding a bed for the night.
We are 3 persons prefering small, cheap family places.
There are lots to find on the internet, but sometimes just the right one is on the opposite side of the road, when you arrive

Looking forward to any input - B&B's, nice places to eat, things to see (appart from the obvious) and secret hints...
