Hi Snapple27,

Whichever translation service you decide to use, make sure they have experience in legal translation. You can have a fully qualified translator who speaks Italian and English fluently, but if they don't know their 'plaintiffs' from their 'defendants', then they won't be much use.

You can request a quote from us - Lingo24 - as we specialise in legal translations. We have been covered in many top newspapers, such as: How I made it: Christian Arno Founder of Lingo24.com - Times Online.

I would like to stress that whatever service you decide to use - whether it's Lingo24 or another company - make sure they specialise specifically in legal translations. Good luck!

Regards,

Lingo24

To be honest the first seemed to me more an advertising ( there was a direct link to their website ) than a real search - I removed links also for Lingo24 since its his/her first time posting here - Links to own website are not allowed ... well we get easier and easier on that rule if people are frequent posters on this forum.

Hi again, yes the direct link to our website was provided as the question-asker was looking for a translation provider for legal documents - and the link took them to a website providing such a service. We then followed it up with a link to a feature on a well-respected national newspaper, to show that we are a reputable translation company, not a fly-by-night service.

Whilst of course we would like them to use the services of Lingo24, the main point of the post was to ensure that they realise the importance of using someone with legal experience, rather than a general translator who may not have such experience.

Just thought we'd clear that up! Once again, good luck with whichever translation service you decide to use.

Regards,

Lingo24
