It used a lot of "io vorrei mangiare qualcosa", as the two people decide where to go. and "lei vorrebbe magiare qualcosa?". I also learned how to use quando, checosa, piu tardi, adesso, bere, del vino (saw that one in your example

All these can be used to say "You're welcome." Although you would not have to use them all at once naturalmente.
(Non cheh dee keh.)(Dee nee-ENH-teh.)(GRAHT-zee-eh ah VOH-ee.) So for now just say "Prego" for you're welcome. (PRAY-go)or (PREH-go)
