I am going to look into teaching English in Italy as I am not fluent enough in Italian to apply for bilingual jobs in Italy at the moment. I do keep my eyes open on various job sites for any opportunities that may come up in Calabria and other areas of Italy though. Thanks for your suggestions, I will put them on my radar.
