Default Heeeeeeelp !!!!!

for those of u who don't know I'm a high school senior so I'm deciding which college should I go to and stuff like that, I was wondering in Italy is their a max. number of years that u can take as gap years before u go to college (especially schools of medicine and law)
can one go to other colleges an even work for years then apply to go to college?
please help me; it's realy important for me to know

Unfortunately I studied in Italy many years ago. My suggestion is that you contact Luca Da Roma. He is a young and I know he wrote articles on a magazine about the Italian school system ( I am trying to get him to write something for this website ) -

I don't think there's an age limit for starting university in Italy, but I think it's better to start soon, not to find yourselves with people that could be your kids, and not to risk being too old to use your degree for a job apply.
Medicine degree lasts 5 years plus specialization and apprentice, the whole thing you have to go through to become a medic is approx 10 years, so you better off starting soon.

I was just about the oldest kid in school when I went
to the Universita di Perugia in Perugia, Umbria, Italia.
