Hi we are planning a motorcycle tour of Italy later this year. We intend to spend a few days in Venice. Does anyone know where I can safely leave the bike while we are there? Also have the same question for a few days in the Cinq Terre on the west coast. Was planning to stay in Manarola but I believe you cannot ride into the village - is this correct?

Well I did go to Venice on a motorcycle a few years back. I do not remember being a problem parking the bike. I just parked it to a public garage near the train station. It is a common problem so I would not worry about it - Just go to Venice and you should be able to find a parking place easily
