I do not have all of the facts of Obama's citizenship but this story intrigues me. If the allegations are true, then Obama would be violating Section 1 of Article II of the U.S. Constitution. PA JUDGE RULES OBAMA MUST PROVE CITIZENSHIP |

Since "they" can't attack and beat Obama on the issues, "they" are resorting to these crazy tactics to disqualify him.
With only days left I fear that this will be worse than the previous 2 elections.
Riots, martial law, a "terrorist" attack, votes not being counted, voters being turned away...again, all plots to distract us from making a logical decision and trying to control us through fear.

This is all bogus. Please look up this urban myth on www.snopes.com and/or www.factcheck.org.
Obama was born in Hawaii - regardless of where his parents were born he is an American citizen.
Also note since 1972 all Americans can hold dual citizenship - that is why many of us on this site are applying for Italian citizenship.

Carlo, I wish more people would check their stories before posting them. There are a few people on this forum that think we are gullible and won't check the facts. I assume they think most Americans are gullible as well and will listen to what ever people tell them. That's how Hitler came into power and how cults get so many people to follow them. They aren't educated enough to know the facts, they depend on others to tell them what to think.
Do you really think that with less than 10 days to go, that they are just finding this out? Come on. I have some water front property in MOntana I would like to sell you. | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Danno For This Useful Post: | |

Carlo | Carlo, if I want information I will do my own research. I do not follow blindly to biased organizations and/or websites as the ones you have provided. Quote:

At first, I did not believe it because I knew Obama has provided his Hawaiian birth certificate. Thus I did some investigating and came across the court case that was brought to my attention. Lastly, working full-time and school part-time, it is hard for me to instantly research news stories I hear. So if this is old news, move along and ignore it.

I’m Italian and I smile because you talk about a likely president and his citizenship; in Italy many political men are accused of situations much more serious than citizenship, the serious thing is that: here these stories are no longer scandal and don’t attract people attention

| | If it's valid
If this a valid story then why aren't the major news networks and Fox news running with it?

"Additionally, he is an attorney at law." ---this casts more doubt than it adds credibility.
"...valid story..." ? I'm not sure what that means anymore with the incredibly biased reporting we have today.
And Fox News? Fox news is part of the republican party so nothing they say is "Fair and Balanced".
The "they" is that mystery group that comes up with these things. The "they" is the grape vine. The "they" is rumor, etc etc.
Unfortunately, we are now part of the they because we are discussing this.
And the "they" tossed out this lawsuit already http://apnews.myway.com/article/20081025/D941NCJG0.html
and if you read the story, the guy who tossed it out is a Judge at law...

Carlo | If it were "bogus" then the judge would have dismissed the case...it is still proceeding as NObama hasn't answered...might just be something to it after all.
ON TOP OF THAT, Snopes is a notorious apologist for the Clinton's and FactCheck has been found so incredibly wrong in the last two weeks on some of their "conclusions" that they aren't worth spit either...find yourself another way to check facts, like say, do your own damn homework.
