You are right - the real proof of Obama's words will come with his actions. I think he was very smart to pose this as the problem of all of the parties, not a problem America will solve. Perhaps we have learned something by our misadventure in Iraq - while America can help, a solution will be arrived at only when the it is one that all participate in deciding.
