If you look up the defintion of racist and bigot in a dictionary you'll see a picture of Rush Limbaugh.
In addition Rush Limbaugh lies and distorts the truth constantly. He doles out more misinformation than any man alive.

Limbaughe: "There are more American Indians alive today than there were when Columbus arrived or at any other time in history.
Does this sound like a record of genocide?"

Truth: When Columbus arrived there were some 15 million native Americans. Today there are fewer than 2 million.
In California in 1800 there were some 2 million native Americans. By 1900 they had been hunted down and killed
almost to extinction.
("Ishi (c. 1860 – March 25, 1916) was the pseudonym of the last member of the Yahi, in turn the last surviving group
of the Yana people of California. Ishi is believed to be the last Native American in Northern California to have
lived most of his life completely outside the European American culture. He emerged from the wild near Oroville,
California, leaving his ancestral homeland in the foothills near Lassen Peak.")

Limbaugh: "There are more acres of forest land in America today than when Columbus discovered the continest in 1492."

The truth: Forest land in America has declined by more than 300 million acres since 1492.

Limbaugh: "Banks take the risks in issuing sudent loans and they are entitled to the profits."

The truth:, Banks take no risks in issuing student loans, which are federally insured.

Limbaugh: Somebody show me where in history giving tax breaks made somebody wealthy."

The truth: That day's L.A. Times newspaper featured a front-page headlined "Developers Get $366 Million Tax Break
in Budget Bill." It repored that fiscal austerity had not stopped Washington politicians from finding a few hundred
million dollars for politically innfluential real estate developers. Tax breaks have made many somebodies very wealthy
in such industries as oil, banking, utilities, insurance, and agribusiness.

Can go on all day with examples like this.

Limbaugh father and mother wanted him to attend college, so he enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University.
He dropped out after two semesters and one summer; according to his mother, "he flunked everything", even a modern
ballroom dancing class. As she told a reporter in 1992, "He just didn't seem interested in anything.

Limbaugh's birthdate was ranked as 175 in the Vietnam War draft lottery. Needless to say he was never drafted. He was
classified as "1-Y" (later reclassified "4-F") due to either a fake football knee injury or fake diagnosis of Pilonidal disease.

Rush Limbaugh's Unbelievably Racist Comments - News Bloggers Aug 25, 2007 ... Just when you thought he couldn't get any lower (or any higher, maybe he was just taking too much Oxycontin when he said this), Rush.

Wow you are in big denial if you think the ecomony just happened to turn bad 3/4 months ago when Obama was elected.

The guy wasn't in office yet!!! How the heck can he be responsiable for an economic crisis? Now to believe if Bush is responsable or not or wheather Obama will be able to do a good job is one thing, but to actually say Obama is responsiable for the economic crisis is well....just stupid. That's like placing the blame on an innocent crack additct baby even though it was the mother who chose to use drugs.

The bad ecomony started to happen before Obama even ran for President. That's a fact not an opinion. How the nation got like that is a matter of opinion.

I agree with Villa and Giovanni. I also don't like the idea of going into debt in order to try to get out of debt. It doesn't really make sense to me. However, I'll just have to see how it goes. Obama needs to be given a chance just like if McCain was elected he would need to be given a chance.

Default A rebuttal to Frank's rebuttal

Villa : "Thats all bullshit! It has nothing to do with our economic situation that officially crashed 3 months ago."

The economy has been in decline for a few years; the war spending and massive tax cuts and retroactive
tax cuts for the super rich took time to trickle down where everyone noticed it. The old saying about the rich getting richer
and the poor get poorer has never been more ture than with G.W. Bush. Yes, it's true. G.W. dragged us along on an eight-year
drunken binge during which he borrowed-and-spent us into the deepest financial catastrophe in the history of the U.S. It's
so ironic that conservatives are so righteously lecturing the rest of us on the topic of "fiscal responsibility" now.

"Lets put are politics aside for a moment and deal with the current problem “the economy” .. "cash flow"!
The economy needs to be stimulated, it can only be stimulated by “Consumer Spending”."

Giving massive tax cuts and retroactive tax cuts to only 1% of the population does not help "cash flow"!
Trickle down economics with Reagan did not work and it has worked even less with G.W. Bush.

Obama said he would help 95% of the American people with tax cuts and this is what he is trying to do.
Of course the super rich don't like it. They and their toadies are fighting him on this.

"the rest of the avenues are dead ends, wasteful spending and bullshit excuses."

Spending our government monies on infrastructure, schools, teacher salaries, fire and police salaries,
etc. are not wasteful spending.

"We need money circulating thru our economy for an immediate impact."

Yes, that is why our government monies are being spent on infrastructure, schools, teacher salaries, fire and police salaries, etc.

"Credit has dried up …”Cash is King” In order to stimulate our strangulated economy, consumers need money to spend."

Consumers will have more money to spend on necessities as soon as they can get jobs. Duh!

"Government says they can’t give it to the Consumer because they won’t spend it...Bullshit!"

Government has not made this statement and you are sadly mistaken.

"Let’s give 100 million Americans 10,000 each “One trillion dollars” less than the projected deficit."

We could do just that if our/your previous prez hadn't wasted billions of dollars on an illegal war and massive tax cuts and
retroactive tax cuts to the super rich. LOLROTF!!!!

"The newly elected Government does not want to give the money directly back to the Consumer “tax payer” legitimate home owners who make up the middle class and are the majority tax payers. Why?"

G.W. gave the only the richest 1% of the people money. Obama is trying to get money to 95% of the people.

Start watching Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow on MSNBC; they are real journalists;
Fox is a lot of propaganda, disinformation and lies. Watch "real" news with videos and footnotes
of where they got their information. Rachel and Keith both listen to their guests and don't try
to interrupt with their own rantings. That is not news, it's show biz.

I didn't have time to read all the posts of this topic (I'll do it in the following days)

But I want to say That I didn't vote for Berlusconi and I don't like Berlusconi as he is:
arrogant, presumptousus, coarse, he corrupts, he owns and alters newspapers and TVs, liar, stubborn, demagogic.

I have several reasons to say this BUT I would be happy if someone were able to show me the opposite with argumentations. I'm open minded
