Yes it is! Nowadays you'll find tons of people of different countries at least one peruvian/american/italian/etc for each country...
But if you think it it's kinda cool everyone gets to see and experiment by themselves other cultures and I believe that makes us better persons 'cause we get to understand and tolerate more other people
it's like exchanging your culture!
