Hello,
A friend of mine is planning a summer in Italy with the family next year, possibly 10 people. He is no stranger to Italy, but has not been in quite some time and is looking for long term accomodations.

Does anyone know of villas, houses or even pensione rentals in the Viareggio part of the coast? Another option is the region near Monopoli but Viareggio is their first choice.

I've been checking in on this page periodically to see if your post received any answers. I am also curious about long-term rentals or home swaps in Italy.
