Re: Best part of Italy in March
Thank You, Markymark -- I have been looking at the Southern regions, from Florence southward. We like the relaxed countryside, and try to stay away from "touristy" spots, we also avoid the main travel seasons, that's why our trip to the Parma-area was such a success (see "Update to Emilia-Romagna in September, in "Parliamone".) I have been looking at Puglia - Basilicata - Calabria. Being in Florida, we are used to heat and humidity, but we have to be in Germany in March for my mother's 90th birthday - God willing. I have bookmarked your weather links, they'll be helpful.
