Last night I went for the first time to the Istituto Italiano Di Cultura Los Angeles. There having the 9th Italian Language Week of Art, Science, and Technology. Renowned Italian architect and designer Tobia Scarpa gave a talk in Italian about his work on restoring the buildings in Venezia, Italia.
Molto interessante!

Tutto era gratis con molto cibo italiano. All you can eat.

They have a whole range of Italian classes at the istituto a proposito.
Many levels.

Thank you Villa.. My daughter lives in L.A. and i'm sure this would be of great interest to her.By the way have you ever been to the Getty Villa in Malibu ,molto interessante!

Vino rosso, I've lived in the L.A. area all my life but there are a lot of places I have not been too in L.A. and California in general. Have been to Malibu molte volte but never to the Getty Villa.

What part or city in L.A. does your daughter live in? For example the Italian Culture Intitute is in a Brentwood which is not too far from U.C.L.A. and Beverly Hills e cosi via.

Villa ... My daughter received her masters last december in graphic arts and animation from USC. She still lives near campus.Between her junior and senior years at the Ohio State University, she studied Italian language and culture at University of Lecce in Puglia. The heel of the boot.She loved every minute of the time there.

The Getty Villa is Model of the Villa die Papiri, Julius Caesars, father in law villa in Herculaneum.Which is still being excavated today.Its full of artifacts that were collected at Herculaneum and Pompeii, dating from 6500B.C. to 400 A.D. Its free admission and 8 dollars to park, but you have to call for tickets.I have been there twice , its well worth it.

By the way thank you for all your Italian lessons . It helps alot as a beginner.My wife and I went to Venice, Pisa and Rome last year.Wish I go go to Italy as much as you,but money, time . My family hopes to go back year after next. Maybe I'll see you in L.A next time out , If your not in Italy lol
