Yes, Yes! I would love to know your recipe too. It really is easy to eat vegetarian in Italy. I learned that to cook with very few ingredients is not only easy, but makes for tastier meals. The flavors can come through without competing. I used to like pizza "with everything" but now it seems like gluttony. Anyway, you can read my blog this week about the 5 Essential Ingredients for Italian Cooking here:

Ciao!
Martha

Ok!! here it is... pls don't panic it looks long but those are just words, verbs and adjective...

So....
What do you need:
1 Pot for the water and one tray for the raw souce.
Oil of oil, garlic, prezzemolo, peperoncino, pasta, tomatos, potatoes

can we start?!? Yeahhhhh
Put the water on....

Drop in a tray:
-Oil of Oil (one spoon each person)
-Prezzemolo (just some leaves as much as you like)
-Garlic (not so much but you have to crush it very well)
-Peperoncino (If you can by the italian one wich is the right one)

* All of this ingredients doesn't have to be cooked! RAW!! ok?
Once you have all those things in the tray just melt it with the spoon

OK! Now the water is boiling
Drop in the water:
-Salt as much as you like
-Tomato (No passata ore something like this) I mean the red tomato you buy in the groucery! (1 tomato for one person)

After a minute the tomato's skyn start to open it. It's ready now! Take of the tomato and leave the skin.
Now you have the tomato without the skin. Cut it in 4 slides... With the knife you can easly take of the seed from the tomato with just a touch...
After that drop the tomato in to the tray with oil, peperoncino, garlic and prezzemolo.

-Potato (half for one person)
Have you finish with the tomato?!? Good... Now peel the potatoe and chop it in cubes as you like. I suggest you not too big.
Did you cut it? Good job... you gonna like it...

Finally you can drop the potato chopped into the pot with the water...
Wait three minutes..
1-2-3 Gooooooo... Put the pasta you like into the water with the potato...

Pasta is ready?!? Coooooool!!!
Now dry it and than put the dry "pasta and potato" into the tray and melt with the spoon the raw souce in there and the pasta you just added...

melt, melt and melt until it's perfect for you...

Don't say thanks to me
Just eat!!! =) The pasta get cold!!

This pasta is really healthy...
1st all the ingredients are raw wich is mean full of good things that frying you loose...
2nd is really light because you don't fry the oil...
remember that!! allways... when you fry something for the pasta don't let the oil fry too much... because you get the worst from the oil not the best..
Oil of oil is really good when is raw...
with love

Default Re: Vegaterians

Go vegetarian one day a week. You can do this by merely substituting the meat serving with a vegetable serving (suggestion: make it a crunchy, strong-flavored vegetable like broccoli). Or you can dabble in the world of vegetarian cooking, in which recipes are developed specifically to make a filling, robust meal out of vegetables and whole grains.
