I am trying to find a city by the name of Bond. My friend that I work with is trying to find some information on his heritage and traces his Dad back to Bond, Italy. If anyone has any information. Let me know. Thanks.

Maybe the place name was "anglicised" or lost the final vowel in the name somewhere along the way.
Could be Bondi, north west of Bergamo? There is also a Bondo in the Trento region.
