Question "Tremanio" in inglese...??

OK, this is probably one of the most nonsensical requests for translation ever, but... does anyone have a meaning for the Italian word "Tremanio"? Besides being a cognome, that is...? Thanks!

I don't think it means anything at all.
"Tre mani" would mean three hands, but that final "o" makes it nonsense.

What is the context?

Sounds like maybe a local gang....

"The Tremanio gang controls the port city of Naples and wields a mighty sword.

The gang was started by 2 brothers, one of whom lost their hand during a knife fight over which cannoli was better, Sicilian or Napalitano, which is where the name Tremanio (3 hands) comes from."
