Thx for your reply. With so many scams out there we have learned to be super-cautious. I'll keep checking your site, as the offered products look tempting.

I agree,
The site looks good but I just want to be sure that if I am going to spend the money on food products, I want them to be genuine imports.

I tried to do a database of Italian products sold in the US but I am always so busy with other parts of the website that I did not add any new product for the past couple of years Main Index - Italian Food
My plan - as soon as I have time is to re-do the database and add it into the main website in the food section see Italian Food | Italy |

Paolo,
Have you had a chance to look at the website? I was wondering what you thought of the products.

I just went on their website - It was faster this time -
I think it is the most authentic Italian food website I have seen so far - Most tend to be Italian-American - Now I do not know where the place has a base but some prices seemed ok to me - Like I just bought HAG decaffeinated coffe in Italy and I paid Euro 5 I think ...more or less what the listed price was - I wanted to order some Biscotti of Mulino bianco but they where out of stock.

I think the prices are very high on this website compared to others . You can buy Dececco past much cheaper here in Virginia. I had posted an authentic Italian website here last year but Paolo deleted it because he didn't get any money from it, so what is different from this site? If you want the URL to the site I use, just PM me and I'll be glad to send it to you. They have great selections and very inexpensive. I have used them many times and they are very familiy oriented.

Sorry about deleting it Danno - You can post it here - Today I am not so severe toward outgoing links even thought I have to be careful : believe it or not I make money on sales of Italian ceramics but lifeinitaly is still only breaking even so I really need to get the advertising money. Anyway I did not check the site for De Cecco pasta since I too can buy it locally and shipping a low cost dollar item requires too much shipping+handling charges.

Okay, no problema. It's ITALIAN FOOD ONLINE ON LINE PASTA AND SAUCE , they have items from all the different regions, some more and some less. I find their parmesano reggiano very good and reasonable, also the prices on some of the olive oil and anchovies.
Please check it out.
