1. favorite kind of pizza: mushroom
2. favorite pasta dish? had some amazing pasta in Parma recently.. It was a tasting dish of tortelloni including spinach & ricotta, pumpkin, and shoulder of ham.
3. red or white wine? red!
4. favorite dessert? chocolate and pear torte
5. favorite flavor gelato? mela verde (green apple), pompelmo (grapefruit)
6. how you order your caffe? caffe latte. I like to sit and enjoy.. and of course the espresso at the counter when I am in an absolute hurry

2. Pasta: alla'Amatriciana
3. Wine: Red
4. Dessert: Grandma's Cassata (we pronounce it casatha)
