No one knows where it came from!!
But I'll give you a suicide recipe:

Take any "Alfredo Sauce" frozen or whatever... (about three pounds).
Put it in your gas tank (better if you have a Corvette, (Big Daddy Roth style!!)).
Let it dry.
After a few months (if anything is still alive!!) let it boil for another three/four hours, before you turn on the engine then...gang busters!
Either I'll see you on the moon or in the next Italian restaurant.
