Our flight was quite pleasant. Departures and arrivals on time. We made friends on the plane and in the airport. After our arrival in Rome it took us some time to get our rental car. After an hour and a half of phone calls and emails things were worked out. Well here I go I am leaving in 2 days so I have to do this.. After deciding a time that would work for us to go back to Italy this fall we decided 2 weeks was the max. Oct 9th through the 24th. The excitement started setting in as I started thinking about seeing family, eating good food, drinking good wine (without sulfates), and discovering new places to explore.

So I started the fun task (arg) of looking for and pricing flights. While I am not going to mention airlines by names...
