Caio All,

I have some questions about fixing up houses in Italy. Recently I have been looking at real estate online and a lot of the house need roof or some work. I am a fireman and I am pretty handy but I am worried about the supplies in Italy and the different construction. Are there Home Depots or Lowes in Italy? Are building materials expensive? I love the rustic look of Italian structures so how do they restore these homes? If anyone can lend me any insight I would love it.

Grazie,
Frank
