Hey everyone, Dan here again.

I have a serious question, and that is where to party, where to club, where to drink and other latenight hotspots in Rome?!

I am planning to head to Rome in late June and I can't wait! So where should I head to? It can be a local or tourist spot, I don't care. Let me know!!!

I think it depends on some factors. For example how old are you ? Are you coming alone? and so on.
Let us know and we can help you

Dan, I can hook you up with one of my books in June, there is a great selection including queen bee-dress up spots and summer clubs on the seashore---there seem to be lots of Raves in the Castelli Romani these days--private villas are the prime locations for the elite:eek:

Hi Dan,

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I can tell you some of my favorite to go out in Rome.

A lot of the large night clubs are in Testacio. There is basically one long street with club after club. I like Coyote a lot. There' a mix of Americans and Italians, ages 20s-mid 30s. They play American hip hop and some house. There's an outdoor part too. Goa is also fun, a bit more chic than Coyote. But you can definitely try out a bunch, since there relatively close.

My favorite bar in rome is Rock Castle. It's by the old Jewish ghetto, the first stop on the 8 tram. They make the best cocktails that I've had in Rome (you'll probably be dying for a real drink after trying some other bars idea of a cocktail). The bartenders are friendly. A lot of rock music. Mostly Italians. There website is www.rockcastle.it if you want to check it out.

A lot of Americans like to go to Campo di Fiori at night. The bars play American Hip Hop, and it's a fun time. A lot of Italians hang out there - but they tend to be the type that are looking for American girls.

There's a fun after hours club in Trastevere called Kaos. (vicolo del Leopardo, 31). They play a lot of house music, mostly all Italians, sinci it's hidden away.

If you like blues music, there's Big Mama's in Trastevere. (vicolo san francesco a Ripa, 18). It's fun, and something different from the typical Italian pub or nightclub.

If you want a chill night, I suggest going to an enoteca with some friends. My favorite is Vin Allegro in Trastevere. (Second stop on the 8 tram, on your way to Piazza S. Maria.

Well, I hope this helps. These were my favorite places :-)

You rock so hard, I love it. I am more excited when I go to Italy now, I'll be sure to visit at least ONE of these places, thanks!

Hi folks,

got a similar question as Dan: I will visit Rome for a week
between the 29th of March and the 6th of April 2008. Actually I
don't speak Italien and I have never been to Rome, but I want
to have a lot of fun there.

Can anyone recommend me some clubs or great events taking
place during that period?

Thanks for your reply and greets from Rotterdam,

Seb

wattup party animals,
Good question! As we all know, no trip is complete w/o clubbin! So if u really wanna have fun in a certain place you have to go out at nyt and live that places nightlife!

As for the city of ROME, ITALY theres a website named WHERECANICLUB that features the city's best CLUBS and DISCOTEQUES, so when i went to rome i just practically went to the clubs featured there!
here's the link=
http://wherecaniclub.blogspot.com/

it really gives you an idea of the clubs in Rome, by the way they also feature other cities!
Hope this helped!

Hi there all ))

I just joined this forum today. A friend recommended it as an ideal place to hook up and make excellent friends.

I live in Finland, but I'll be visiting Italy in 3 weeks for my vacation. I'm coming directly to Rome, but I hope to do some travelling, so I'll probably be visiting some more Italian cities.

It's my first time in Italy, and I want to make the best of it.
