Every time the Metro passed the Vittorio Emanuele stop this summer after the prince's arrest for soliciting prostitution, I marveled at how, after years and years of petitions and envoys and asking for permission to enter Italy, this man could so quickly and efficiently mess things up for himself. It apears, though, that this is not new behavior.

He seems to have been driven, from an early age, to live a life of mayhem and... well, murder.

Justice for all?
Not in this case. Vittorio seems to be getting away with it all.
