I am Italian-American and ever since I was a child I can remember eating a dish consisting of sausage, peppers, and onions in a tomato and marsala whine sauce. Is this dish consumed anywhere in Italy? More importantly I would like to find out the Italian name for this dish. Does anybody have any information?
