We live here in Southern Le Marche year round and offer a service to homeowners checking your home to make sure it is secure and resolving the sorts of problems that can occur.

Our services are individualized to meet the needs of the home owner.

Hans is a carpenter from the Netherlands with 20 years of experience in the building industry.
I’m from the United States with 20 years of experience in architectural interior design and kitchen design. I am fluent in Italian.

We know homes inside and out

We offer this service at very reasonable rates, starting as low as 30.00 Euros a visit.

In addition to looking after your home, we also offer the following services:

Carpentry and handyman services
Interior design and color consultation
