I just got out of the U.S. Navy and I'm about to move to Rome where my beautiful Norwegian wife is attending medical school. She is already there and just got a one bedroom apartment but she doesn't have internet there yet. I will need reliable high speed internet as soon as I get there but a google search only turned up hotel WiFi hot spots etc. Does anybody know what companies have good high speed internet in Rome?

I live in the US but since I go there 4 / 5 times a year I have a high speed connection in Rome - I am using a pay per usage since I am not always there.

or pick up a newspapaer when in Rome - there will be plenty of choices -

when you get there all you have to do is ask and you'll find little places where they charge per hour. OR find a library--It's free and you can use it as long as you can unless people are waiting.
