The sidewalk parking was a little hard to get used to. The pulling over to the break down lane if there was one to let a car pass with oncoming traffic on a 2 lane road is also fun.

There is no such thing as a "2 lane road" in Italy. All roads have as many lanes as the drivers mutually agree upon. When there is a difference of opinion as to the number of lanes amongst those drivers the medical personnel will sort it out... ;-)
