Through the kind assistance of Aliena we've tracked down a couple of sagra (sagri?) to visit in June. One is in Stroncone (Umbria) - their Sagra della Pappardella.

First, since this will be a first for us what do we do to pay for the meal, how much time should we allow, what things should we keep in mind as we visit their community?

Second, has anyone out there gone to this specific sagra?
