My husband's grandma came from Sicily and he grew up learning to make Italian food. We opened a convenience store/deli in Arkansas and he started to make Italian food. Everyone loved it so he made more to keep up and finally created a little Italian diner in the store. The people around here love the food (which is amazing for the area that we are in!!). The problem is we cannot find good employees around here who are willing to work. Our family cannot keep up with the work since it is just my husband and I plus our 18 year old daughter who will be leaving for college. Plus, I have two younger daughters I'm trying to homeschool. We want to keep the restaurant, I know that it's got great potential for the future but is too overwhelming for us. We are thinking of selling it but don't want to close this wonderful restaurant. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you in Pocahontas AR by chance? (Did some Googling.) Might have some ideas and/or contacts for you... send me a private message on this site with an email address (and website if you have one?). I'm a finance person by occupation with plenty of marketing experience, so maybe we can brainstorm a little...??
